What's Included?

Wu Ming Qigong practice

A profound system of Qigong practice that dates back to Lao Tzu. Several forms are taught that encourage the Qi (energy) flow. The vibrational impact is huge on body, mind and Spirit.

Insights into ancient wisdom as told by Master Lu

The ancient view of balance is quite different and offers us a framework to understand the needs of the physical and emotional body. Ultimately, the sense of freedom that emerges brings greater inner peace. (It's not an overnight process but rather the end goal.)

Group session with Qigong Instructors

Touching base, Tuesday, October 22 at 12:00 PM (ET), to answer questions that may be surfacing, practice the Qigong forms, and encourage your next steps. As Qigong instructors and TCM Counselors, we've been practicing with Master Lu exclusively for over 20 years each and love to share what we've learned as a shortcut to your well-being.

Eating for the season with a full menu

Getting Qi from food can be simple once you understand the formula. But don't stop there, what are the requirements for absorbing this Qi and inviting the body to utilize the energy resources for maximum benefits? Our eating plan is based on traditional Chinese medicine's best practices.

Herbal Supplements

Supplements carry an essence that supports the body. While the herbs are optional we highly suggest this means of additional support for the Fall season.

Option for one-to-one private session with TCM Wellness Counselors

Book a private session with one of Master Lu's experienced students. Get personalized answers to your questions and guidance in developing a long-term wellness plan tailored to your specific needs. A special discount has been applied for Fall Harmony participants.

Forum to discuss TCM perspectives

A private Facebook community is set up for you to interact with our greater community. Share thoughts, concerns, and questions and be guided by one another with input from our expanding network of Dragon's Way Qigong® instructors.
