Each posture has its own flow and individual purpose. The better you can copy Master Lu’s form, the more you will connect to its intended flow. Practice each posture for at least 3 minutes.
Start by watching the video carefully. Then experiment with the forms to see if you have grasped each movement. Practice along with the video. Allow the sound of the ocean to create an energy field.
