The Qigong routine taught below will help you merge into the yin/yang message of the Spring Equinox.

The circle practice represents interconnectedness and the fact that you are part of Universal energies. As the Earth comes into temporary balance during the Spring Equinox, your body will also benefit from this alignment. Additionally, when practicing, think Liver flow-the spirit of the Liver will gradually soften and the forms will begin to increase your internal vibration. You’ll feel so relaxed which is just what the Liver wants-No Stress!

Qigong Practice with Master Lu

Take your time and watch the video carefully before doing the postures. Everyday commit to your personal practice at least once, twice a day for better results.

Close your eyes and be guided through the standing meditation. Feel free to continue the meditation even after Master Lu has completed his guidance. The longer your stand, the more Qi you will accumulate for healing purposes.
