ZUCCHINI STIR FRY
Zucchini helps to moisture the Lungs and cleanse the colon. By adding grapes, the sweet sour essence supports the Stomach and Liver.

Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then again so it's in quarter strips.
Carefully cut the center seeds out. Cut the veggie into 2 inch strips.
Place the zucchini in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Gently mix with your hands and set aside for 5 minutes. Then rinse with cold water.
In a hot wok add the oil, remaining salt and ginger. Next add the zucchini and toss for 30 seconds.
Add the grapes, mushroom seasoning, and sugar. Toss for 20 seconds.
Add the soy sauce and toss for a few seconds.
Add the wine, toss and serve.
Optional: This dish is great served over rice.
