SATISFYING NOODLES

Pine nuts enhance this dish and strengthen Kidney function, while garlic enhances Liver and Stomach health.

Yields1 Serving
 8 ounces of your favorite noodles
 Olive oil
 2 cloves of garlic, minced
 2-3 Tablespoons of pine nuts
 Salt
 A dash of Chinese cooking (rice) wine
 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 A dash of soy sauce
 1 scallion, diced
 Optional: Peas or leafy greens

Slowly sauté half the minced garlic and all of the pine nuts in olive oil.

In a bowl, add the other half of the minced garlic, cooking wine, mushroom seasoning, soy sauce, and salt to taste.

In boiling water, add your favorite noodles.

When cooked, strain the noodles.

Toss the sauce over the noodles and garnish with the diced scallions.

Option: If you are adding frozen peas or leafy greens, add them to step four.
Simply add the veggie to the boiling water mix once and strain immediately.
This will take the cold essence out of the veggie while keeping the color, taste and slight crunch.
