WOOD MUSHROOM SAUTE

Wood mushrooms are great to support healthy Liver and Kidney function. It is known as the best herb to prevent cancer.

Yields1 Serving
 2 cups of wood mushrooms, soaked in water for 1-2 hours
 1 tablespoon of oil
 1 teaspoon of salt
 ½ onion
 1 cup of leeks, chopped into 1 inch chunks
 2 1/2 inch slices of ginger
 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 2 teaspoons of cooking wine
 Optional: Handful of chopped celery

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.

Add the onions and ginger and toss.

Add the mushrooms, leeks and celery. Toss for 2 minutes.

Add the mushroom seasoning, toss then add the cooking wine.
If you prefer spicy, add it now.

Continue to toss for one more minute.

Plate and serve.
