WALNUTS WITH GOJI BERRIES

A tasty treat for Kidney and Liver and can be enjoyed for breakfast as well.

 1 cup goji berries
 1 cup walnuts
 1/4 cup brown sugar
 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 Honey

Soak the goji berries for 15 minutes, then pat dry.

In the meantime, toast the walnuts in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

Add the hot walnuts, goji berries and honey. Mix well.

Place the mixture in clean bowl and enjoy.
Do not cover.
