BREAKFAST BOWL
Some days you just want more protein! Eggs combined with beans offer a great boost for your morning activities.

Heat 1/2 teaspoon of oil in a wok pan. Add the 1/4 teaspoon of salt, the scallions and the sprouts. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Spoon the sprouts over a bowl of warm rice.
Add the mushroom seasoning.
In a clean wok add 1/ 4 teaspoon of oil.
While that is heating, beat the egg and add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the beaten egg to the wok.
When the egg is cooked, add it to the rice bowl.
Drizzle 1/4 teaspoon of soy sauce over the meal.
Option: Add your favorite bean to the first step.
Alternately add avocado chunks after adding the egg.
