TOMATO SALAD

Tomatoes are known to be good for cooling down the Liver and reducing high blood pressure. They are also beneficial when it comes to supporting digestion and improving appetite. These versatile fruits pack a lot of support for the Heart.

 3-4 tomatoes
 1 red onion
 1/4 teaspoon of salt
 1 clove of garlic, minced
 1/2 lemon, juiced
 1/4 cup of olive oil
 Handful of mint leaves

Cut tomatoes into bite-size pieces.

Cut red onion into thin slices.

Add both ingredients into a bowl.

Add garlic, salt, lemon, oil and toss gently.

Add mint and toss.
