TOMATO ARUGULA SOUP
This soup supports the Heart and Liver while giving overall support to your Stomach function. For variety and Kidney support, add a few pieces of shrimp 3 minutes prior to serving.

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.
Add the onions and tomatoes. Saute for 1 minute.
Add 3 cups of boiling water to the wok. Toss ingredients.
Add the potatoes and noodles (optional). Let simmer for 3-5 mintues.
Add the mushroom seasoning and allow to cook an additional 2 minutes.
Add the arugula and mix. Close flame and allow the soup to sit for 1 mintue.
