SALMON MANGO BAKE

Salmon topped with ginger and scallions support the Kidney and Liver. The digestive system is also positively impacted.

Yields1 Serving
 ½ pound of salmon
 2 teaspoons of oil
 ½ teaspoon of salt
 2 scallions, diced
 2 teaspoon of garlic, minced
 1 teaspoon of wine
 1 teaspoon of muchroom seasoning
 ¼ cup of mango cubes

Heat the over to 450 degrees.
Place the salmon in a baking dish.

Place in the oven uncovered for 12-14 minutes.

In a small bowl create a topping. Add the salt, scallions, garlic, wine, and mushroom seasoning,

Heat the oil. Add the hot oil to the topping and stir to dissolve.
Add the mango and mix.

Remove salmon from the oven.
Place the fish in a platter and pour the topping over the fish.

Options: Add pineapple instead of mango!
