SUMMER ROASTED VEGGIES
This dish supports digestion from enhancing Liver function with cooling and crunchy celery, Stomach function with earthy mushrooms, and Lung function with white cauliflower.

½ head of cauliflower
½ bunch of asparagus
1 package of mushrooms
3 tbsp coconut oil

Chop and toss vegetables in coconut oil, Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing half way through to roast evenly. Add your favorite sprinkle of seasoning before serving.
