String beans are an excellent food source that support healthy Liver function. Adding ginger introduces a warming element and is good for the digestive system.

 4-5 thinly sliced pieces of fresh ginger root
 Salt to taste
 2 Tablespoons oil

Heat the oil in a wok.

Toss in the sliced ginger. Cook until ginger is slightly golden.

Add slat and blanched string beans.

Stir fry 3-4 minutes.
