SPROUT SOUP WITH SEAWEED

Seaweed, sprouts and shrimp support healthy Kidney and Liver function. This meal is easy to make and noodles can be added for versatility.

Sprouts are believed to have a cleansing and detoxifying effect on the body, helping to eliminate excess heat and dampness. Seaweed is believed to have a cooling effect on the body, making it beneficial for individuals with excess heat or inflammation.

 1 Cup of soy bean or mung bean sprouts
 4 Cups of boiling water
 1 Teaspoon of salt
 ½ Teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 ½ Cup of seaweed
 ¼ cup of baby dried shrimp

To the boiling water add salt, mushroom seasoning and the sprouts.

After 2 minutes add the seaweed and baby shrimp.

Allow to simmer for 1 minute and serve.

Option: Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
