SPICY WALNUTS
One of the best foods to support Kidney function, here’s an easy recipe to spice them up for Autumn.

2-3 cups walnuts
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, diced

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Beat together the egg white, salt, pepper and garlic.

Toss over the walnuts.

Spread the nuts in a single layer on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper.

Toast in oven for 20 minutes.
