Dill is a popular herb used to strengthen Kidney function. Other ingredients such as celery supports Lung and Stomach function. This is especially helpful if there are heat conditions or insomnia. White beans and spicy chili sauce are also beneficial for the Lung![cooked-info

Yields1 Serving
 2 bunches of dill chopped fine – use the whole stalk!
 1 clove of minced garlic
 1 diced onion
 2 stalks of celery diced
 1/2 teaspoon of salt
 1/2 teaspoon of mushroom powder
 1 can small white beans, drained and rinsed
 1 teaspoon of black bean chili sauce
 1-2 Tablespoons of olive oil
 ½ cup of rice, cooked

Combine the dill and minced garlic.

Mix well and set aside so the flavors mix for 1/2 hour to several hrs.

In a separate bowl, add the onions, celery, salt and mushroom powder.
Allow the flavors to blend for a few minutes before going to the next step.

Add the white beans, black bean chili sauce and olive oil.

Spoon the mixture over rice or noodles or eat alone

Optional: For those who prefer warm beans, do the following in step 4.
Heat the wok, add the olive oil and black bean chili sauce. Do not allow the oil to get very hot.
Add the beans and toss for 30 seconds, just to warm.
Close the flame on the wok and add the dressing to the bean mixture. Toss and serve.
