SNOW PEA GREENS

 1 Bunch of snow pea greens
 1 Tablespoon of Oil
 ½ teaspoon of salt
 2 Cloves of garlic, cut into slices
 1 teaspoon of mushroom powder
 Splash of wine

Pick the leaves off the stems of the snow peas and wash them in a bowl of cold water.

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.

Add the snow pea greens and toss.

After about 1 minute add the mushroom seasoning and toss again. Cook for another minute.

Add the cooking wine and toss.
Serve and enjoy!

Option: Some people like to eat the stalks. Add them to the wok first and cook for 30 seconds, then add the leaves.
