SIMPLE SOUP

The concept of simple takes the stress out of cooking. Great soups can be made by using simple ingredients.

Yields1 Serving
 4 cups of boiling water
 1 tablespoon of oil
 1 teaspoon of salt
 ½ onion, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
 2 stalks of celery, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 1/4 pound of noodles
 1 egg, scrambled
 Sesame oil

In a wok or large pot add the oil and salt.
Add the onions and celery and toss for 1 minute.

Add the boiling water and stir.
Add your noodles of choice.

When noodles are partially cooked, add the mushroom seasoning.

Drizzle the scrambled egg into the soup.
Garnish with cilantro if you wish.

Drizzle a small amount of sesame oil on top of the soup.
