IMMUNE BOOSTING OATMEAL

Oatmeal is rich in soluble fiber, which helps regulate digestion and maintain bowel regularity. The fiber in dried fruit also supports digestive health by promoting proper digestion and preventing constipation. Oranges help the body fight off infections.

Yields1 Serving
 ½ Cup of rolled oats
 1 Cup of boiling water
 1 Orange sliced
 1 Handful of dried fruit

Add the oatmeal to the boiling water.
Lower to a simmer and allow to cook for 10 minutes or until the mixture looks thick and creamy. (some oats only take 3-5 minutes)

Spoon into a bowl and top with the oranges, goji berries, and dried cherries.
