SALMON WITH SOY AND GINGER

Salmon with Soy and Ginger is an easy meal that will give you an energy boost and support overall immune health. Ginger will warm the stomach line while scallions carry their warm essence to the Liver.

 3/4 pound of salmon cut into 2 inch chunks
 2 scallions, sliced into thin strips
 6 slices of ginger, cut into thin strips
   1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 1/4 cup of water
 1 Tablespoon of cooking wine
 1 teaspoon of sugar
   2 tablespoons of soy sauce
 1 tablespoon of oil

Heat oven to 425 degrees.

In a baking dish add the salmon chunks and top with the scallion and ginger strips.

In a separate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Mix well then pour over the salmon.
