SALMON VEGGIE BAKE

The consciousness of wild salmon is fearlessness! When eating for healing, consciousness and essence are important Essence will support healthy Kidney function which is also related to being fearless.

Yields1 Serving
 ½ pound of salmon, cut into 1 inch strips
 2 scallions, cut in half
 2 tablespoons of oil
 1 ½ teaspoon of salt
 ½ tomato, cut into bite sized chunks
 ½ onion, diced
 Handful of red grapes
 ½ teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 ¼ teaspoon of sugar
 Dash of wine

Coat a baking dish with 1/2 of the oil then add the scallions.
Place the fish on top of the scallions.

Sprinkle 1/2 of the salt onto the fish. Set aside.

In a hot wok, add the remaining oil and salt.
Add the tomatoes, onions, mushroom seasoning and sugar.
Stir fry for 30 seconds then add the red grapes. Add a splash of wine.

When lightly cooked, top the fish with this mixture.

Bake in 425 oven for 12 minutes.

Optional: In a very hot wok, heat 1 tablespoon of additional oil, add 2 cloves of diced garlic. Toast the garlic then pour over the cooked fish.
