ROSE PETAL EGGS

2 eggs, beaten
1 bunch of rose petals
1 Tablespoon of oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of mushroom powder
Splash of wine

Heat wok then add oil.

Beat eggs, adding salt, and mushroom seasoning.
Add rose petals and mix.

When the oil is hot add egg mixture.

Mix or flip mixture.
Splash wine over the eggs just prior to removing from pan.
