ROASTED CAULIFLOWER AND BEANS

Roasted Cauliflower is great for the Large Intestine and Lungs. It also will help support the digestive system. The bean will support a healthy Kidney function.

Yields1 Serving
 2 tablespoons of olive oil
 ½ teaspoon of salt
 1 clove of garlic, crushed
 1 head of cauliflower cut into 1 inch chunks
 1/2 can of your favorite beans, rinsed
 Cracked pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425F.
In a bowl add the oil, salt, and garlic.

Add the cauliflower to the seasoning and toss gently.
Then add the beans and toss one more time.

Transfer to a cookie sheet and add the cracked pepper.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower if golden.
