RADISH CARROT COMBO

There is such a nurturing aspect to both of these vegetables as they grow in the Earth and absorb the consciousness of nurturing. They also carry a message of long lasting life.

 2 Carrots, cut into thin strips
 ½ Daikon radish, cut into thin strips
 2 Teaspoons of oil
 ½ Teaspoon of salt
 1 Clove of garlic, minced
 Cilantro to taste
 ½ Teaspoon of mushroom seasoning

Heat the wok and add the oil, salt and garlic.  After 30 seconds add the carrots and radishes

Toss until slightly tender.  Add the mushroom seasoning and toss once again.

Before serving top with cilantro or sprouts.

Eat alone as a side dish or with rice.
