QUINOA WITH MAPLE SYRUP AND NUTS
Quinoa is a great source of protein and helps support healthy Kidney function. Its versatility makes Quinoa a great choice for breakfast, as a base for vegetables bowls and for use in soups.

½ cup of quinoa, rinsed
1 cup of boiling water
4 almonds, chopped
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Optional: Dried Cherries

Add the quinoa to the boiling water.
Lower to a simmer for 10 minutes.
When all the water is absorbed the quinoa is cooked.

Spoon into a bowl and top with the almonds and any other dried fruit of choice.

Drizzle the maple syrup over the quinoa.
