POTATO SALAD

5 Russet or red potatoes, boiled and diced
⅓ cup of oil
¼ teaspoon of salt
½ onion, diced
¼ cup pine nuts
2 pieces of ham, diced
½ cup frozen peas, defrosted
Handful of dill
Pepper to taste

Place par boiled potatoes in a large bowl.
Heat frying pan, add the oil and salt.

Add onions and toss until translucent.
Add pine nuts and ham. Toast lightly.

Add this mixture to the potatoes.
Add dill, pepper and peas and gently toss.

Adjust taste for salt and oil.
