 Equal amounts of the following ingredients to equal ½ pound (or 8 ounces):
 Fennel,
 finely chopped Ginger root,
 freshly grated Cayenne pepper

Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

Place the mixture in an oven-proof dish and bake it in the oven (at around 350 degrees) until it is warm. Place the heated mixture in a clean cotton cloth and apply it to the painful area on the abdomen until the warmth dissipates.
