PEPPERS AND ONION SAUTE
Combo of peppers with onions improves the digestives system and promotes blood flow. In turn, the digestive system supports immune health.

2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 scallion, white part chopped into 1/2 inch strips
1/2 onion cut into strips
1/2 tomato cut into small chunks
1 red or green pepper cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
Cracked pepper to taste
Splash of wine

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt. Then add the onions and toss for 30 seconds.

Add the tomatoes and peppers. Gently saute.

Add the sugar and mushroom seasoning.

Toss until slightly tender. Add the wine and cracked pepper.

Serve alone or over rice.
