OATMEAL WITH PEAS AND MANGO
A delicious way to keep the crunch in your oatmeal bowl while cooling down your cereal in a hurry. This meal is great to improve healthy Stomach function.

1 cup of boiling water
½ cup of quickoats
Handful of frozen peas
⅓ mango, cut into bite sized pieces

Add the oatmeal to the boiling water. Let simmer for 3 minutes.

Add the oatmeal to a bowl and top with frozen peas.
Mix well to cool down the oatmeal and par cook the peas.

Top with fresh mangos.
