NOURISHING BONE MARROW SOUP
This slow-cooker friendly recipe is perfect for boosting your Kidney’s health, the organ that is crucial for longevity for both men and women. According to Chinese Medicine, the bone is the body tissue matching the energetic frequency of the Kidney. Bone soup is beloved in many cultures as being one of the keys to long life and good health: the Chinese name for it is “Long Life Soup.”

Rinse bones and add to a pot of boiling water.
Allow water to boil, then throw away broth and start again.
Reboil for at least 1 hour.
Add mushroom seasoning.
Add potatoes, wine and cinnamon.
Allow mixture to boil then let simmer for at least 30 minutes.
Add spinach and garnish with chopped scallions or cilantro, and serve hot!
