SPICY MUSTARD GREENS
Mustard greens are beneficial to the Liver and Heart. They also will help support healhty metabolic function.

1 Bunch of mustard greens, chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt to taste
Red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon of mushroom powder
Splash of cooking wine

Heat a wok and add the oil and salt.

Add the chopped mustard greens to the wok and toss.

After 1 minute add the red pepper flakes and the mushroom seasoning and any other spices you might like.

Saute until tender and add the cooking wine in the last 10 seconds.
