Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.
Add the tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions. Saute for 3 minutes. Then add the mixture to a pot of boiling water.
Add the mushroom seasoning and wine. Allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Before serving, drizzle in some sesame oil but don't stir.
Optional: Add fish or tofu for a heartier meal.
