MASTER LU’S DILL FISH SOUP
This is a great soup to boost digestion and warm your body. Combined the dill and cod harmonize Spleen and Stomach Qi and nurtures Kidney Qi.

In a medium sized bowl, add the fish, dill, mushroom seasoning, wine, cooking wine, egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, white pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are blended.
Add the corn starch and mix well. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
Add the potatoes to the boiling water. Cover the pot and lower to a simmer.
In a wok, heat the oil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt then the onions and tomatoes. Toss for 2 minutes then add the mixture to the potatoes.
When the potatoes are tender, gently add the fish by gradually pushing small amount of the fish mixture into the pot. When all the fish has been added, mix once then let simmer for 5-8 minutes.
Taste the soup and add more salt and pepper as needed.
