 1 cup of rolled oats
 2 mangoes, cubed
 2 peaches, cubed
 10 mint leaves, diced

Preheat oven to 375°.

Spread rolled oats on the bottom of a casserole dish.

Top with the cubed fruit and the fresh mint.

Pour 1 1/2 cups water over the oats and fruit.

Bake for 25 minutes, uncovered.
