MANGO DILL SALAD

Adding sesame oil and dill to the mango salad enhances Kidney function while the refreshing taste of apple cider vinegar supports healthy Liver function. Mangoes are great for supporting Stomach function.

 2 mangoes
 ½ teaspoon salt
 1 Bunch of dill, washed and picked leaving some stems on the leaves.
 Splash of apple cider vinegar
 1/2 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil
 Optional: Add pease or red pepper slices

Peel the mangos and cut into small cubes. Place the cubes in a bowl.

Add the salt, dill and vinegar and toss.

Drizzle with sesame oil.
