 1 Peach cut into bite sized chunks
 Leftover Broccoli
 1/4 teaspoon of salt

In a large bowl, add the peaches, broccoli and salt. Toss well and allow to sit for 1 hour so flavors mix.

Toss again then enjoy.

Optional: Add leftover chicken or fish to be eaten at room temperature.
