 Olive oil
 Salt
 Two cloves garlic, chopped
 One carrot, cut in slivers
 1/2 yellow pepper, cut in slivers
 1/2 orange pepper, cut in slivers
 One leek, finely sliced
 Two English cucumbers, sliced

Heat wok. Add oil, salt to taste, and garlic.

Add carrots; toss a few times, and then add peppers and toss.

Add leeks and cucumbers. Cook just until cucumbers are warm.

Splash with a dash of cooking wine. Toss and serve.
