KALE AND ASIAGO KNOTS
This healthy version of a ‘garlic knot’ was made using leftover ingredients that were already in the fridge. Kale is very warming to the body, making it the perfect ingredient in winter cooking, and its bitter taste is beneficial for the Heart. To further warm the body and support the stomach function, serve these kale knots alongside some kale and barley soup.
