HOT APPLE CIDER
Apples can strengthen Lung, Stomach/Spleen, and Liver function, with a light essence that is easily digestible. Cinnamon, ginger, and cloves are three time-honored Chinese herbs that have been traditionally used for thousands of year to support Stomach health.

Pour water and juice into a tall pot, cover with lid, and put stove heat on high.
Prep spices and then add them to pot.
Using a tea infuser to make it easier to strain out the solids later!
When the pot reaches a boil, turn down stove to low, and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and use thinly sliced lemon as decoration when ladling into mugs.
Add a small amount of honey to taste if desired.
