HONEY ROASTED PEARS WITH GINGER
Honey roasted pears help to remove heat from the body and are beneficial to the Lung and Large Intestine. Honey will add moisture to the Lung and Large Intestine while ginger will warm the digestive system. The nuts and cinnamon offer support to the Kidney. Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine all ingredients in an oven-safe baking dish and mix to combine.
Cook uncovered for 20 minutes.
Let stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
Then sprinkled chopped nuts over the pears (optional).
Serve warm.
