 3-4 slices of fresh ginger
 A squeeze of lemon
 2-3 leaves of mint or peppermint tea bag (optional)
 Raw honey to taste

Add all ingredients to a cup of boiling water; steep for 4-5 minutes.

For a stronger ginger taste, simmer ginger slices on medium heat for 5 minutes water before adding other ingredients.
