HARMONY NOODLES
Cabbage and sweet potatoes are considered to tonify qi in TCM. They provide a nourishing and energizing effect, promoting vitality and well-being. Leftover can be the ingredients for a soup.

2 Onions cut into 2 inch chunks
6-8 Mushrooms cut into thirds
2 Tablespoons of oil
2 Teaspoons of salt
1 Teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
Cracked pepper
Cooked noodles-we used sweet potato noodles
