GINGER, SCALLION TEA
This old time remedy will help you when you're feeling ike you've caught a cold.

2 scallions, whites only, cut into 1 inch strips
4 slices of ginger
2 teaspoons of brown sugar

Boil 2 cups of water and add the ginger slices. Let boil for 3 minutes
