Ginger, Mint, and Honey Tea
Ginger warms and supports your stomach function. The peppermint will cool your throat and the honey will nourish and moisturize your lung.

1 tsp Peppermint Leaf
4 Slices of fresh ginger
1 tsp Honey

Add fresh ginger slices to 4 cups of water

Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes

Add peppermint leaf and let steep for 5 minutes

Add honey and enjoy throughout the day

Option: For ease, substitute 1 mint tea bag, and two ginger tea bags.
