GARLIC STEMS, RED PEPPER, FENNEL, AND PEACH TOSS

 1 bunch of garlic stems, chopped into bite size pieces
 1/4 fennel bulb, sliced into bite size pieces
 1/2 red pepper, sliced into bite sized pieces
 1 peach, sliced into bite sized pieces
 Oil (grapessed, walnut, safflower, or any high-heat oil)
 Salt to taste
 1/4 teaspoon mushroom powder

Heat wok, add oil and salt.

Add garlic stems, peppers and fennel.

Toss well, adding mushroom powder, sugar and wine.

After two minutes, add sliced peaches and toss together.

Serve hot.
