GARLIC-PANKO STRING BEANS
The crunchy panko adds a wonderful texture, and allows the dish to reheat well (just 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven for crispy beans and crunchy panko!) Your Liver responds to the color green, and the fragrant garlic will give your Lung a boost.

Add the string beans and 1/2 cup of water to the warm pan. Cook until the string beans are cooked through but still bright green and crunchy, about 5-8 minutes.
Drain the string beans and place them on a serving platter.
Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the string beans and top with the garlic-panko mixture. Serve warm.
