GARLIC BREAD

Everyone loves bread. Garlic supports gut health, while fiber in whole-grains aids digestion.

Yields1 Serving
 4 Tablespoon of melted butter
 3 Cloves are minced garlic
 Pinch of salt
 Black pepper to taste
 Sprinkle of parsley
 1 Small loaf of sour dough bread

In a small pan heat the butter (or olive oil) with minced garlic, parsley sea salt, and black pepper.

Slice the bread down the center and spread the garlic butter evenly over each slice of bread. If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on top.

Place under the broiler for about 2 minutes, or until toasted to your liking

Hint:  For larger loafs of bread, add a bit of olive oil to the warm butter.
