GARLIC BAKED BRUSSEL SPROUTS
This super easy recipe is good for the digestive system! Add a splash of balsamic vinegar to give the Liver an additional boost.

2 cups brussel sprouts, quartered
2 garlic cloves, chopped
salt, to taste
1/4 cup of olive oil
splash of balsamic vinegar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place the brussel sprouts in a shallow baking dish.

Toss in the oil, making sure to coat each piece.

Add the salt, garlic and vinegar and toss.

Bake for 45 minutes or until soft.
