GARDEN CASSEROLE
Leeks have detoxifying properties in TCM. They help eliminate toxins from the body, particularly from the Liver and Gallbladder. Other vegetables selected help balance the digestive system and promote overall well-being.

Heat the oven to 375 degree.
Cut all the vegetables into bit sized chunks and add them to a casserole. Add the dill.
Make a mixture of oil, salt, mushroom seasoning, garlic and pepper. Pour over the vegetables and toss.
Cover for 10 minutes then remove cover and bake for 1 hour tossing occasionally.
Options: Spoon over rice.
