FRESH PEA SOUP
Enjoy this light soup which is so good for your Liver and Kidney.

1 cup frozen peas
1 cup broth
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon oil
Handful pine nuts
Pepper to taste

Bring the peas and broth to a boil, lower heat and add salt to taste.

Cook for a few minutes, then remove from heat and pulse with an immersion blender to the consistency desired. Place in a bowl.

Add the oil and pine nuts in a pan.

Heat together slowly until the nuts turn brown.

Sprinkle the nuts and pepper to tase over the soup.
